Weekly Menu: May 9- May 15

Thursday
to do: soak pancakes
Breakfast: yogurt, topped with almonds and honey
Lunch: leftover beirocks, fruit
Dinner: hot dogs, Sourdough biscuits, sauerkraut

Friday- Father and Son's camp-out!
to do: make cinnamon roll dough, soak beans
Breakfast: Carob, coconut pancakes
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Crock-pot ribs, steamed veggies, biscuits
Treat: Root beer floats


Saturday- Mother's Day celebration!
to do: cook beans, soak tortillas
Breakfast: Lemon sour cream muffins, fried eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Tacos topped with creme fraiche, avocados, salsa and cheese (using corn taco shells)

Sunday- Happy Birthday day!
to do: pull chicken
Breakfast: Cinnamon rolls, fried eggs
Lunch: Sourdough waffles topped with creme fraiche, strawberries, bananas and a little syrup!
Dinner: Creamy mac and cheese
Treat: Strawberry cream cheese cake

Monday
to do: pull ground pork, soak porridge
Breakfast: leftover cinnamon rolls, strawberry yogurt
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Ranch chicken burritos  (using sourdough tortillas), sweet potato wheels

Tuesday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover chicken burritos/tacos, fruit
Dinner: scrambled eggs, sourdough english muffins, pork meatballs, veggies

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: smoothies
Lunch: leftover meatballs, fruit, cheesy toast
Dinner: chicken noodle soup, leftover biscuits
