Weekly Menu: May 2- May 8

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt, sweetened with honey and topped with almonds
Lunch: leftover enchiladas/ quesidillas, apple slices
Dinner: Creamed egg and sausage, veggies

Friday
to do: soak lentils, pull chicken broth
Breakfast: Sourdough biscuits served with butter and jam, fried eggs
Lunch: leftover creamed egg and sausage, bananas
Dinner: Sourdough Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, veggies

Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: sourdough waffles
Lunch: leftover pizza, apple slices
Dinner: Spicy lentil soup, sourdough toast

Sunday
to do: soak lentils, pull chicken livers, soak roti
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover soup, toast
Dinner: Bierocks w/ Italian Dressing, veggies

Monday- Irish May Day!
to do: pull fish
Breakfast: smoothies and May Day muffins
Lunch: leftover beirocks, apples, pickles
Dinner: dahl, coconut rice, curried beets, curried chicken liver, sourdough roti

Tuesday
to do: pull ribs, soak biscuits, soak crackers
Breakfast: scrambled cheesy eggs, smoothies
Lunch: leftover dahl, roti, liver
Dinner: leftovers- our fridge is overflowing with them!

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: leftover porridge
Lunch: sourdough crackers, cheese, apple slices
Dinner: Mahi mahi, leftover coconut rice, veggies
