Weekly Menu: May 16- May 22

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover pancakes topped with creme fraiche and pureed strawberries
Dinner: Chip Dip, sauerkraut

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: lemon sour cream muffins (made with spelt flour)
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: chicken noodle soup, sourdough oatmeal rolls

Saturday
to do: bake granola, soak pizza dough in a.m., cook beans
Breakfast: sourdough crepes, filled with creme fraiche and fruit
Lunch: leftover soup, rolls
Dinner: Sourdough Sausage pizza, using a white sauce

Sunday
to do: cook ham, soak tortillas
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Spinach Oven Omelette (made with ham)

Monday
to do: soak pancakes
Breakfast: Kefir Smoothies, leftover omelette
Lunch: ham, pancakes, cheese
Dinner: Sweet Potato burritos, sauerkraut

Tuesday
to do:
Breakfast: pancakes, topped with creme fraiche and fruit
Lunch: leftover burritos/quesadillas
Dinner: Caramel Chicken, coconut rice, veggies

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast:  scrambled eggs with sausage
Lunch: leftover chicken and rice, fruit
Dinner: bean dip, corn chips, sauerkraut
