Thursday
to do: soak coffee cake
Breakfast: fried eggs
Lunch: leftover dip and chips, fruit
Dinner: Spaghetti, steamed green beans

Friday
to do: pull sausage, soak biscuits
Breakfast: Sourdough Coffee cake
Lunch: leftover spaghetti, fruit
Dinner: pastured pork meatballs, sourdough biscuits, veggies
Treat: Flourless Brownies topped with creme fraiche

Saturday
to do: soak lentils, soak porridge
Breakfast: Cheese Danish
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Creamed sausage and egg, sourdough biscuits, veggies

Sunday
to do: pull ground beef
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: French Lentil soup, sourdough oatmeal rolls

Monday
to do: pull fish from freezer
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover soup, rolls
Dinner: Beirocks (using this bread recipe), veggies

Tuesday
to do: soak tortillas, pull beans
Breakfast: scrambled eggs
Lunch: leftover beirocks, fruit
Dinner: Salmon, coconut rice, veggies

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: leftover porridge
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Burritos (using sourdough tortillas), sauerkraut
