Thursday
to do: soak porridge, pull sausage meat
Breakfast: smoothies
Lunch: leftover curry
Dinner: Brown rice and black bean casserole, veggies

Friday
to do: pull sweet potato burritos filling from freezer, soak french toast, soak pizza crust in a.m.
Breakfast: porridge, fruit
Lunch: leftover casserole
Dinner: Sourdough Sausage Pizza, veggies
Treat: chocolate buckwheat brownies

Saturday
to do: soak granola
Breakfast: Sourdough french toast casserole
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Sweet potato burritos, veggies

Sunday-fast sunday
to do: pull fish
Breakfast: leftover porridge
Lunch: Smoothies, sandwiches
Dinner: Pumpkin and black bean soup, bread

Monday
to do: soak barley, cook granola
Breakfast: applesauce bread, eggs
Lunch: leftover soup, bread
Dinner: Baked fish provencal, veggies
Treat: carob brownies

Tuesday
to do: pull meat
Breakfast: yogurt, granola
Lunch: picnic lunch (hard boiled eggs, pickles, muffins, cheese)
Dinner: Chicken, leek and Barley soup, bread

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: granola with yogurt or milk
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Sauerkraut chip dip, chips
