Thursday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: Smoothies
Lunch: cheese quesidillas, carrot sticks
Dinner: Spaghetti (w/ chicken liver), veggies

Friday
to do: cook chicken
Breakfast: soaked porridge, fruit
Lunch: leftover spaghetti, fruit
Dinner: Creamed egg on toast, veggies

Saturday
to do: make challah
Breakfast: waffles, fruit, bacon
Lunch: sandwiches, smoothies
Dinner: Chicken Enchiladas, veggies

Sunday
to do: soak potatoes in a.m., pull brats
Breakfast: leftover porridge, fruit
Lunch: leftover enchiladas
Dinner: Potato Cheese Soup, challah, veggies

Monday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt and granola, fruit
Lunch: leftover soup, bread
Dinner: Bratwursts, sauerkraut, veggies

Tuesday
to do: soak rice
Breakfast: whole wheat cinnamon rolls, eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: leftover spaghetti, veggies

Wednesday- Company coming into town!

Breakfast: egg toast, fruit
Lunch: smoothies, sandwiches
Dinner: Vietnamese Curry, coconut rice, veggies
