Weekly Menu: January 5 - January 11


Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: soaked buttermilk coffee cake
Lunch: leftover stew, fruit
Dinner: hot dogs, chessey scrambled eggs, sauerkraut

Sunday- monthly fast
to do: soak pancakes
Breakfast: porridge for the kids
Lunch: popcorn
Dinner: leftovers, roasted spaghetti squash
Treat: Gingerbread houses

Monday
to do: pull meat and livers, soak porridge
Breakfast: Hot carob drink, sourdough pancakes topped with yogurt
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: creamed egg and sausage over sourdough toast, caramelized brussel sprout and carrots

Tuesday
to do: soak granola, soak potatoes in a.m., pull bacon, cook porridge
Breakfast: cheesey egg toast
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Pakistani Kima (w/ chicken liver), coconut rice, sauerkraut

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with creme fraiche and honey
Lunch: macaroni and cheese, fruit
Dinner: oven egg and bacon bake, flatbread

Thursday
to do: cook granola
Breakfast: leftover egg bake, muffins
Lunch: leftover macaroni, fruit
Dinner: Leftover Pakistani Kima and rice, sauerkraut

Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m.
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: sourdough sausage pizza, veggies
