Weekly Menu: January 12- January 18

Saturday
to do: soak porridge, soak granola
Breakfast: sourdough crepes, creme fraiche, jam
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Mahi Mahi, coconut rice, veggies

Sunday
to do: soak lentils, cook granola, soak tortillas
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers, soft pretzels
Dinner: Arhar Dahl, sourdough flatbread, crockpot chicken

Monday
to do: pull ground beef and livers
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover dahl, chicken and flatbread
Dinner: lentil and rice burritos(using sourdough tortillas), veggies, sauerkraut
Treat: Carob mint brownies

Tuesday
to do:
Breakfast: chessy egg toast
Lunch: leftover burritos, sauerkraut, fruit
Dinner: Spaghetti squash w/ Ragu sauce and chicken livers, sourdough bread

Wednesday
to do: make birthday cake, pull chili
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with creme fraiche and honey
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: leftover spaghetti and bread

Thursday- birthday celebration!
to do: soak pancakes, soak barley
Breakfast: doughnuts, fried eggs
Lunch: Chili dogs, sauerkraut, fries
Dinner: Creamy Macaroni, veggies
Treat: Red Velvet Hulk cake

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes, topped with yogurt
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Beef Barley and Vegetable soup, sourdough bread
