Weekly Menu: August 17- August 23

Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausage links
Lunch: summer sausage, crackers, cheese, fruit, pickles
Dinner: Chicken and rice soup, toast

Sunday
to do: soak potatoes in the a.m., soak granola
Breakfast: porridge with fresh peaches
Lunch: leftover soup
Dinner: Ham and Potato hash, sauerkraut

Monday
to do:
Breakfast: almond flour blueberry muffins, fruit
Lunch: leftovers/ yogurt
Dinner: sourdough pancakes, ham, eggs

Tuesday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: no grain honey bread, fruit
Lunch: leftovers/ smoothies
Dinner: Beirocks, Irish roasted beets and carrots

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: cheeseburger mac and cheese, sauteed yellow squash

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: cheesy scrambled eggs
Lunch: leftovers/ yogurt
Dinner: NT burritos (made with lard or duck fat), topped with creme fraiche, cheese, sauerkraut, leftover beets and carrots

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: Sweet potato and kale hash with fried eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Sourdough meat-lovers Pizza, steamed green beans
