Weekly Menu: July 20- July 27

Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: cheesy scrambled eggs and sausage
Lunch: leftover pizza, peaches
Dinner: Leftovers, lacto-fermented pickles

Sunday
to do: soak potatoes in a.m., pull ground pork, soak muffins
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Leftovers? popcorn, yogurt?
Dinner: Ham, egg and potato casserole, sauerkraut

Monday
to do: pull ground beef, soak pinto beans
Breakfast: Sourdough Spiced Muffins, fried eggs
Lunch: Cheese sticks, trail mix, yogurt tubes
Dinner: Pastured Pork Meatballs, Sauerkraut, cheese, sourdough biscuits

Tuesday
to do: pull ground beef
Breakfast: Smoothies
Lunch: Irish cream cracker sandwiches (w/ butter and dubliner cheese), fruit strips
Dinner: Spaghetti, steamed green beans

Wednesday
to do: cook beans in crock
Breakfast: Oat cakes topped with creme fraiche and honey
Lunch: Egg salad sandwich tortillas, trail mix
Dinner: Sauerkraut Chip Dip, chips

Thursday
to do: pull ground pork and pastry sheets from freezer
Breakfast: cheesy egg scramble
Lunch: PB&banana sandwiches, apple slices, cheese wedges
Dinner: Burritos (using sourdough tortillas)

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: Irish sausage rolls, trail mix
Dinner: Creamed Egg and Sausage, sauerkraut
