Weekly Menu: March 4 - March 10

Monday
to do: soak and make mashed potatoes
Breakfast: Cheesy egg toast
Lunch: leftover soup, fruit, sourdough bread
Dinner: Salmon patties w/ dill saucelentil and rice casserole, avocados

Tuesday
to do: soak flatbread, soak potatoes in a.m.
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover patties, fruit
Dinner: Steak, boxty, sauerkraut

Wednesday
to do: pull brats
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with jam or honey and creme fraiche
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Spinach oven omelette, sourdough flatbread

Thursday
to do: pull sausage meat
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes, homemade peanut butter
Lunch: leftover egg bake, fruit, nuts
Dinner: Brats, veggies, sauerkraut

Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m., soak pancakes
Breakfast: sourdough cinnamon muffins, yogurt
Lunch: leftover brats, eggs, fruit
Dinner: sourdough sausage pizza, veggies

Saturday- Family Celebration!
to do: soak porridge, soak lentils
Breakfast: Creamed sausage and egg on sourdough toast
Lunch: leftover pizza, shamrock shakes
Dinner: Layered taco bake (w/ corn tortillas), sauerkraut
Treat: Angel Food Cake

Sunday

Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Curried lentil soup, sourdough bread
