Breakfast: Sourdough pancakes
Lunch: Leftover soup, bread, fruit
Dinner: Chicken in a pot, coconut rice, veggies
Tuesday
to do: soak muffins
Breakfast: Cheesey egg toast
Lunch: Grilled cheese sandwiches, pickles
Dinner: French Lentil Soup, sauerkraut, sourdough dinner rolls
Wednesday
to do: cook granola
Breakfast: Oat cakes topped w/ creme fraiche and honey, or jam
Lunch: leftover soup, rolls, fruit
Dinner: Spinach oven omelette, dinner muffins (recipe coming soon!)
Thursday
to do: pull meat from freezer
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover omelette, fruit, muffins
Dinner: Masala Macaroni (w/ shredded chicken), veggies
Friday
to do: soak porridge, pull sausage from freezer, make potato candy
Breakfast: Blueberry sourdough muffins
Lunch: leftover macaroni, fruit
Dinner: Enchilada bake, veggies
Saturday
to do: soak potatoes in a.m., pull saussages and stew meat from freezer
Breakfast: Irish Porridge
Lunch: Scotch eggs, pickles, Irish Cream crackers topped with Dubliner cheese, apples slices
Dinner: Potato and Leek Soup, Irish Potato cakes/ oat cakes
Treat: Potato Candy (recipe coming soon!)
Sunday
to do: soak potatoes in a.m.
Breakfast: Traditional Irish Breakfast (yes, we will be eating black pudding!!)
Lunch: Sausage rolls, Shamrock Shakes
Dinner: Irish Stew (w/out the stout, sugar or chocolate) served over Colcannon, Irish Soda bread(sourdough style)
Treat: Potato Candy
