Weekly Menu: March 18 - March 24

Monday
to do: soak granola
Breakfast: sourdough waffles
Lunch: leftover sausage rolls, apple slices
Dinner: leftover Irish Stew and soda bread

Tuesday
to do:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and sausage
Lunch: leftovers from the fridge, cheesy toast, fruit
Dinner: Creamed sausage and egg on sourdough toast, veggies

Wednesday
to do: cook granola, pull salmon and bacon
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with honey or jam and creme fraiche
Lunch: leftovers/ smoothies
Dinner:  Spinach, Bacon oven omelette, soaked dinner muffins, fruit

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover oven omelette, cheesy toast, fruit
Dinner: Salmon, coconut rice, veggies

Friday
to do: soak coffee cake, pull ground beef
Breakfast: cheesy egg toast
Lunch: leftovers/ sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Sausage sourdough pizza, veggies

Saturday
to do: soak porridge, soak lentils, soak potatoes in a.m.
Breakfast: sourdough coffee cake, fried eggs
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Mexican Beef and Potato melt, veggies

Sunday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover Mexican beef and potato melt, veggies
Dinner: Indian lentil vegetable stew, sourdough toast
