Weekly Menu: February 9- February 17

Monday
to do: soak pancakes
Breakfast: yogurt
Lunch: leftover pilaf, fruit
Dinner: scrambled eggs, meatballs, sourdough flatbread
Treat:

Tuesday- Shrove Tuesday! (Pancake day!)
to do:
Breakfast: Sourdough Cinnamon Roll Pancakes
Lunch: Pancakes sandwiches, fruit, crunchy nuts
Dinner: waffles, fried eggs, steamed veggies

Wednesday
to do: pull chicken thighs, soak coffee cake
Breakfast: toast and eggs for those who want them
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Chicken and Barley soup, bread

Thursday- Birthday Celebration!
to do: pull ground beef
Breakfast: sourdough coffee cake, yogurt
Lunch: leftover soup
Dinner: Grilled teriyaki chicken, coconut rice, veggies
Treat: Peach cobbler, creme fraiche ice cream

Friday
to do: saok cinnamon rolls
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with honey or jam and creme fraiche
Lunch: leftover chicken and rice, fruit
Dinner: bierocks (made with sauerkraut)


Saturday- Valentines Celebration!
to do: soak porridge, pull buffalo meat, soak beans in a.m.
Breakfast: valentines day sourdough cinnamon rolls, fried eggs
Lunch: leftover beirocks, fruit
Dinner: Avocado grilled cheese sandwiches, sweet potato wheels

Sunday- Company to dinner
to do:
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Veggie, buffalo chili and cornbread
