Weekly Menu: February 18- February 24


Monday
to do: pull hot dogs, soak cornbread
Breakfast: leftover cinnamon rolls, fried eggs
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit, nuts
Dinner: Cheesy Spaghetti Squash, meatballs, sourdough flatbread

Tuesday
to do: soak coffee cake, soak flatbread
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover squash, meatballs and fruit
Dinner: Chili hot dogs, sourdough cornbread, sauerkraut

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: Sourdough Coffee Cake, yogurt
Lunch: leftover chili, cornbread, kraut
Dinner: Spinach oven omelette, fruit, sourdough flatbread

Thursday
to do: pull sausage meat
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with creme fraiche, honey or jam
Lunch: leftover omelette, fruit
Dinner: soup, sourdough bread

Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m., pull chicken, soak crepes
Breakfast: Cheesy egg toast
Lunch: leftover soup, fruit
Dinner: Sourdough Sausage Pizza, veggies

Saturday- Family Celebration!
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: Sourdough French Toast Casserole, yogurt
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Chicken and Swiss Crepes (using sourdough crepes), veggies
Treat: Chocolate cake topped with raw whipped cream

Sunday
to do:
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers/popcorn
Dinner: Leftovers
