Weekly Menu: February 2- February 8

Saturday
to do: soak porridge, pull roast from freezer
Breakfast: lemon, vanilla bean cookies, yogurt
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: salmon patties, caramelized carrots and brussel sprouts

Sunday
to do: pull chicken from freezer, make enchilada sauce, soak tortillas
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover salmon patties, fruit
Dinner: pork roast, steamed broccoli and cauliflower

Monday
to do: cook chicken, pull liver and ground beef from freezer
Breakfast: yogurt almond butter smoothies
Lunch: leftover roast, veggies and fruit
Dinner: Chicken Enchiladas, sauerkraut, avocados

Tuesday
to do: 
Breakfast: almond flour hootney
Lunch: leftover enchiladas, fruit
Dinner: spaghetti squash spaghetti w/ ragu sauce and liver, coconut cheddar drop biscuits

Wednesday
to do: soak barley
Breakfast: cheesy egg toast
Lunch: chicken pancakes
Dinner: Leftover night! (plus veggies)

Thursday
to do: pull pork from freezer
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with honey or jam and creme fraiche
Lunch: sandwiches and yogurt
Dinner: Chicken and barley soup, sourdough bread

Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m.
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover soup, fruit
Dinner: sourdough sausage pizza, sauerkraut

Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: cheesy, avacado egg toast
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit, cookies
Dinner: Panera's!!

Sunday
to do: soak rice in a.m., boil eggs
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: hard boiled eggs, popcorn
Dinner: Mexican Rice Pilaf, veggies
