Weekly Menu: January 26- February 1

Saturday
to do: soak muffins, soak beans, pull 1 lb ground pork
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Chip Dip, tortilla chips, sauerkraut

Sunday
to do: pull ground beef, pulls livers, soak flatbread
Breakfast: Cinnamon sourdough muffins (double batch), fried eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Sauerkraut and bean soup, sour dough bread

Monday
to do: soak granola
Breakfast: leftover muffins, eggs
Lunch: leftover soup and bread
Dinner: Pakistani Kima (with chicken), chicken livers, sourdough flatbread

Tuesday
to do: soak lentils, soak tortillas
Breakfast: Oat cakes, creme fraiche
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: leftover Kima, livers and flat bread

Wednesday
to do: pull salmon, cook granola
Breakfast: cheesy egg toast
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: lentil and rice casserole, sourdough tortillas, sauerkraut

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover casserole, tortillas, fruit
Dinner: Salmon, coconut rice, veggies

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes
Lunch: Creamy Macaroni, fruit
Dinner: Brats, sauerkraut, Boxty
