We have been busy traveling and just plain enjoying the company of visitors this past couple of weeks! We cooked as we went and I didn't plan a thing (kind of a nice break)! But now that everyone has gone home, it's back to reality. :(

Lunch: Nibble Tray
Snack: leftover Nibble Tray
Dinner: alfredo pasta, veggies

to do: pull Tilapia out of freezer
Breakfast: omelets
Lunch: grilled cheese, veggies
Dinner: Butternut squash soup, bread
Monday- FHE
to do: pull ground beef out of freezer
Breakfast: grain-free coffee cake
Lunch: sandwiches, smoothies, veggies
Snack: nuts and cheese
Dinner: Tilapia burgers with flat-wraps for buns, veggies
Treat: Snickerdoodle brownies

to do: soak black beans in a.m., pull sausage out of freezer
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes, eggs
Lunch: leftover burgers, veggies
Snack: Maple popcorn
Dinner: Chip Dip
Wednesday

Breakfast: scrambled egg bake (w/ sausage)
Lunch: leftover chip dip/ sandwiches, veggies
Snack: peach smoothies
Dinner: Black Bean soup, bread
