Whole wheat biscuits

We love bread products in our home. There's just nothing like fresh bread ____ (insert sticks, biscuits, etc.) cooking in the house! Since we now only use wheat flour, some of these bread products were giving me a bit of a hard time. Like the biscuits. Anytime I would take our favorite biscuit recipe and switch out the white flour for the wheat, they would go all wonky on me. Not cool. So for our squash and white bean soup with parmesan biscuit meal last week, I decided we needed to find a recipe for wheat biscuits. And found it I did! This was definitely a keeper recipe! (If only I could remember where I found it at...)

Whole wheat biscuits
1/2 flour
1 1/2 whole wheat flour
1 1/2 T baking powder
1 T sugar
1 t salt
1/4 cold butter
1 c milk

sift together flours, baking powder, sugar and salt in to medium bowl. Cut in butter; add milk and stir until just combined. Knead (on floured surface) 10-15 times. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.

My only goal now is to figure out if I can use all wheat flour instead of that 1/2 c white flour...
