Weekly Menu: August 24 - August 30

Saturday
to do: pull bacon
Breakfast: Sweet potato and kale hash with fried eggs
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Nachos- with beans and this cheese sauce, sauerkraut

Sunday
to do: soak porridge, soak muffins, soak biscuits, pull ground beef
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
Lunch: leftover nachos
Dinner: Roast, Irish roasties, sauerkraut, sauteed zucchini

Monday
to do:
Breakfast: Soaked Porridge, peaches
Lunch: sourdough spiced muffins, leftovers
Dinner: Spaghetti squash spaghetti, sourdough biscuits

Tuesday
to do: soak granola, soak pancakes, pull sausage
Breakfast: grain free coffee cake
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Stir fry w/ leftover steak, sticky rice

Wednesday
to do: soak rice, pull liver and salmon
Breakfast: fried eggs, smoothies
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: sourdough pancakes, sausages, peaches

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover pancakes
Dinner: Salmon, soaked brown rice w/ liver, sauteed zucchini

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: almond flour muffins
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches
Dinner: Hot Dogs with sauerkraut and steamed green beans
