I haven't quite gotten the hang of making and sticking to a menu plan, but I keep on trying in the hopes that I'll one day get there again!
Sunday
to do:
Breakfast/Lunch: Sourdough pancakes, fried ham, cantaloupe slices
Dinner: zucchini boats, coconut rice
Monday
to do: make butter, pull roast
Breakfast: Blackberry oatmeal bars and a big cup of milk
Lunch: leftover zucchini boats/ chip dip (with leftover ground beef), fruit
Dinner: Crock pot chicken, sweet potato wheels, gravy, sourdough biscuits
Tuesday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: Flaky cream cheese pastry and a big cup of milk
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: tuna mac and cheese, corn on the cob
Wednesday
to do: bake granola
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Beef roast, sweet potato wheels, green beans, kraut
Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover roast, fruit
Dinner: Creamy butternut squash soup, sourdough biscuits
Friday
to do:
Breakfast: Oatmeal spice muffins, fried eggs
Lunch: leftover soup, fruit
Dinner: Sourdough pizza, green beans
Saturday
to do:
Breakfast: Cheesy scrambled eggs
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: cheesy bean and rice casserole, sourdough tortillas
