Weekly Menu: July 2- July 6

Since things have calmed down just a little for our family, I thought I'd attempt to do a food menu again. We'll see how it goes this time around! :)


Wednesday
to do: pull fish
Breakfast: porridge, peaches
Dinner: Bacon, avocado grilled cheese sandwiches, lacto-fermented pickles

Thursday
to do: soak muffins
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, strawberries
Dinner: mahi-mahi, coconut rice, steamed broccoli

Friday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: sourdough blueberry muffins, fried eggs
Dinner: hot dogs, corn on the cob, watermelon
Treat: cookie salad

Saturday
to do: soak potatoes
Breakfast: porridge
Dinner: cornbread casserole (using this cornbread recipe), veggies

Sunday
to do: soak muffins in a.m., pull ground beef
Breakfast: breakfast cake
Dinner: potato cheese soup, soaked breakfast muffins

Monday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, strawberries
Dinner: Meatballs, coconut rice, veggies

Tuesday
to do: pull ground beef
Breakfast: Egg Toast
Dinner: homemade tuna mac and cheese with peas, veggies

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge, peaches
Dinner: sauerkraut chip dip

Thursday
to do: soak biscuits in a.m.
Breakfast: peanut butter, banana soaked oatmeal muffins, pork sausage
Dinner: creamed egg over sourdough biscuits, veggies

Friday
to do: pull roast/meat, soak pancakes, soak pizza dough in a.m.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and leftover sausage
Dinner: Sourdough pizza, veggies

Saturday
to do: pull beans from freezer
Breakfast: carob coconut pancakes
Dinner: roast/meat from the freezer, potatoes cooked in tallow, veggies 

Sunday
to do: soak tortillas in a.m.
Breakfast: porridge
Dinner: burritos with all the toppings, sauerkraut 

Monday
to do: pull ground beef
Breakfast: egg toast
Dinner: leftovers


Tuesday
to do: meal plan
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Dinner: zucchini boats, fruit salad
