Weekly Menu: August 31- September 6

Saturday
to do: soak porridge, soak rice
Breakfast: fried eggs, bacon, peaches
Lunch: nuts, cheese, raisins
Dinner: Stir fry, sticky rice

Sunday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers, cantaloupe
Dinner: Baked Salmon, brown rice (w/ desiccated liver), kraut

Monday- Back to School Dinner!
to do: make yogurt, pull roast
Breakfast: coconut flour muffins (w/ peach chunks)
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Bacon wrapped cheese hot dogsIrish chips, kraut
Treat: Cookie pops

Tuesday
to do: soak potatoes, soak pancakes
Breakfast: fried eggs, smoothies
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Zucchini Boats, soaked brown rice, cantalope

Wednesday
to do: make muffins, pull ground beef
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Sourdough Pancakes, fried eggs

Thursday
to do: pull ground beef and liver
Breakfast: Almond flour blueberry muffins
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: leftover roast, kraut, roasties

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with creme fraiche and honey, fruit
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Hamburgers (w/ 1/3 ground liver), summer squash gratin
