Completely and utterly did not plan last week- surprisingly we made it through without any challenges!

Dinner: Pastured pork meatballs, sourdough biscuits, sauerkraut
Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m., soak porridge,
Breakfast: sourdough banana bread
Lunch: leftover biscuits, cheese, fruit
Dinner: Sourdough sausage and pepperoni pizza, steamed green beans
Saturday
to do: make bread
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftover pizza
Dinner: Chumba (recipe coming soon)

Breakfast: Yogurt/Kefir and granola, topped with strawberries
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Mexican Chip Dip
Father's Day Treat: 'See's' Fudge (with homemade evaporated milk)
Monday
to do: pull brats, make sourdough english muffins
Breakfast: smoothies, cinnamon sugar toast
Lunch: leftover soup
Dinner: Beet soup, sourdough bread
Tuesday
to do: soak porridge (if needed)
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and sausage topped with Dubliner cheese
Lunch: leftover burritos, fruit
Dinner: Brats, veggies, sauerkraut
Wednesday

Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: Egg and brat bake, fruit
Dinner: Burritos (using sourdough tortillas), sauerkraut
