We ended up doing a lot of work this past weekend (plus I didn't plan anything for a Memorial Day dinner!) so a few of these meals are repeats from last week that didn't get made.
Thursday
to do: pull sausage from the freezer
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Beirocks (using this bread recipe), veggies
Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m., soak pancakes
Breakfast: sourdough coconut muffins, fried eggs
Lunch: leftover beirocks, apple slices
Dinner: Sourdough pepperoni and sausage pizza
Saturday
to do: soak porridge, soak lentils
Breakfast: Spinach Oven Omelette (made with ham), veggies
Lunch: leftover pizza
Dinner: Sourdough pancakes topped with local strawberries, bananas, and creme fraiche

to do: soak potatoes in a.m., soak tortillas
Breakfast: porridge topped with local strawberries!
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Nourishing German lentil soup, rolls
Treat: Cheesecake (with this topping) topped with fresh strawberries!
Monday
to do: pull sausage
Breakfast: fried eggs and smoothies
Lunch: leftover soup, rolls
Dinner: Burritos (using sourdough tortillas), sauerkraut
Tuesday
to do: pull sausage meat, soak biscuits, soak porridge
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and sausage
Lunch: burrito quesidillas, fruit
Dinner: Creamy Mac and Cheese, veggies
Wednesday
to do: soak beans
Breakfast: porridge with strawberries
Lunch: leftover pasta, fruit
Dinner: pastured pork meatballs, sourdough biscuits, sauerkraut
