Weekly Menu: April 22- April 28

Monday
to do: pull brats
Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/ sausage, sourdough toast
Lunch: leftover chili and cornbread
Dinner: Chicken tacos topped with creme fraiche and avocados, veggies
Treat: Dirt cake!

Tuesday
to do: pull sausage, soak rolls
Breakfast: leftover porridge
Lunch: leftover tacos, fruit
Dinner: Brats, sauerkraut, sourdough biscuits (double batch)

Wednesday
to do: pull ground beef
Breakfast: smoothies and leftover biscuits
Lunch: leftover brats, scrambled eggs, biscuits
Dinner: Sausage kale soup, leftover biscuits

Thursday
to do: soak coffee cake
Breakfast: fried eggs, sourdough spiced muffins
Lunch: leftover soup and rolls
Dinner: tacos with all the toppings (sauerkraut, avocados, salsa, cheese, creme fraiche) veggies

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: sourdough french toast casserole, yogurt
Lunch: leftover tacos, fruit
Dinner: oven spinach bake, artichokes, soaked buttermilk muffins

Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: Birthday doughnuts, hard boiled eggs
Lunch: leftover egg bake, muffins, fruit
Dinner: pastured pork meatballs, creamy Mexican Cheese Dip w/ tortillas chips, sauerkraut

Sunday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: French lentil soup, sourdough bread
Treat: Flourless brownies
