Weekly Menu: April 15- April 21

Monday
to do: make yogurt
Breakfast: pancakes from the freezer, fried eggs
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Spinach oven omelette (using kale), sourdough biscuits

Tuesday
to do: pull sausage, soak more porridge
Breakfast: yogurt topped with chopped almonds
Lunch: leftover omelette, biscuits, fruit
Dinner: Chip Dip, tortilla chips, sauerkraut

Wednesday
to do: pull chicken, soak potatoes in a.m.
Breakfast: leftover porridge
Lunch: leftovers/sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Creamed tuna over sourdough toast, veggies

Thursday
to do: soak muffins
Breakfast: cheesy egg toast
Lunch: leftover soup, toast, fruit
Dinner: Sourdough pancakes, scrambled eggs w/ ground beef, sauerkraut

Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m., soak potatoes
Breakfast: Spiced Sourdough muffins, smoothies
Lunch: shredded chicken sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Sausage Sourdough pizza, veggies
Treat: Jolly Jumbo Oatmeal Cookies

Saturday
to do: soak porridge, pull chili out of freezer
Breakfast: Sourdough crepes, topped with creme fraiche and berries
Lunch: leftover pizza, fruit
Dinner: Roasted ChickenIrish potato cakes, steamed green beans

Sunday
to do: pull sausage, soak rolls
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Veggie Buffalo Chili, sourdough cornbread
