Thursday
to do: saok porridge, pull meat
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: leftovers, veggies
Dinner: Baked Ziti and Sausage casserole

Friday
to do: soak pancakes, cook chips
Breakfast: porridge, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, smoothies, veggies
Dinner: Hamburger Saurkraut Dip, chips
Treat: Almond flour cookies

Saturday
to do:
Breakfast: Carob Coconut Pancakes, eggs
Lunch: leftover dip w/ chips, fruit
Dinner: Leftover casserole, veggies

Sunday
to do: soak barley, make pudding pie
Breakfast: leftover porridge, fruit
Lunch: anything we can find in the fridge :), smoothies
Dinner: Tomato Basil Parmesan soup, bread

Monday
to do: make muffins, pull fish, soak tortillas
Breakfast: frozen pancakes, eggs
Lunch: leftover soup
Dinner: Chicken-leek-barley soup, bread
Treat: Banana Pudding Pie

Tuesday
to do: make tortillas
Breakfast: Pumpkin muffins, fruit
Lunch: leftover soup
Dinner: Fish Tacos w/ sourdough tortillas

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: egg toast, fruit
Lunch: sandwiches, smoothies
Dinner: leftovers, veggies
