Weekly Menu: August 16- August 22

Thursday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: Soaked breakfast cake
Lunch: leftover soup, muffins
Dinner: Greek-style One-dish meal, veggies

Friday
to do: soak pizza crust in a.m.
Breakfast: porridge, fruit
Lunch: grilled PB&J sandwiches, smoothies
Dinner: sourdough pizza, veggies
Treat: White chocolate, carob chip cookies

Saturday
to do: soak flatbread
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes, eggs
Lunch: leftover pizza, veggies
Dinner: leftover greek-style meal, veggies

Sunday
to do: soak pinto beans
Breakfast: leftover porridge, fruit
Lunch: Nibble Tray
Dinner: Tomato Soup (w/ Indian Spices), cheesy sour dough flatbread

Monday
to do: pull chicken and squash from freezer, slow cook pinto beans
Breakfast: yogurt, granola, fruit
Lunch: leftover tomato soup
Dinner: Nachos, corn on the cob
Treat: Sourdough cake (made with Carob powder)

Tuesday
to do: make applesauce bread
Breakfast: eggs, toast
Lunch: leftover nachos/bean dip
Dinner: Chicken Quinoa stew, sour dough bread

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: applesauce bread, fruit
Lunch: grilled PB&J sandwiches, smoothies
Dinner: leftover stew, veggies, bread
