Weekly Menu: April 30- May 6

Monday:
to do: soak biscuits
Breakfast: Apple Cinnamon coffee cake
Lunch: grilled cheese sandwiches and leftover Butternut Squash soup
Snack: cheese, nuts and raisins
Dinner: Swedish Meatballs, coconut rice, brussel sprouts and broccoli

Tuesday:
to do: soak pancakes
Breakfast: eggs & leftover coffee cake
Lunch: Nibble Tray
Snack: apples and peanut butter
Dinner: creamed tuna on biscuits, asparagus

Wednesday:
to do: pull Salmon, soak oats
Breakfast: soaked pancakes & fruit
Lunch: leftover creamed tuna, caramelized brussel sprouts and carrots
Snack: raw strawberry carob smoothies
Dinner: leftover meatballs (sandwiches?), sweet potato wheels

Thursday:
to do: make strawberry jam
Breakfast: porridge & fruit
Lunch: leftover meatballs (?), sandwiches, kraut/pickles
Snack: nut butter and honey popcorn
Dinner: Salmon, coconut rice, steamed cauliflower

Friday:
to do: soak German pancakes
Breakfast: oat cakes/leftover pancakes & fruit
Lunch: Smoothies, sandwiches & sauteed carrots
Snack: cheese, dried mangoes, nuts
Dinner: Pizza & sauteed summer veggies

Saturday:
to do: make muffins
Breakfast: Soaked German Pancakes & sausage
Lunch: Nibble Tray
Snack: leftover nibble tray
Dinner: Bean and Rice burritos, sweet potato wheels

Sunday:
to do: pull ground turkey
Breakfast: strawberry coconut flour muffins
Lunch: grilled cheese & kraut/pickles
Snack: (no snack)
Dinner: Cheese and Veggie Soup, fresh baked bread
