Snack: apples and peanut butter
Dinner: Cornbread Casserole, steamed broccoli & brussel sprouts
Wednesday
to do: soak pancakes
Breakfast: fried eggs and bacon
Lunch: deviled eggs, caramelized carrots & brussel sprouts, fruit
Snack: cheese, raisins, & nuts
Dinner: Cajun Chicken pasta, sauteed "summer" veggies
Thursday
to do: soak oatmeal muffins
Breakfast: Soaked pancakes & fruit
Lunch: leftover pasta & sauteed carrots
Snack: apples & peanut butter
Dinner: leftover cornbread casserole, steamed asparagus
Friday
to do: pull out beans from freezer, soak breakfast cake
Breakfast: scrambled eggs and fruit
Lunch: leftover casserole/sandwiches, sauteed carrots
Snack: cheese, nuts, raisins
Dinner: butternut squash soup & soaked oatmeal mufins
Saturday
to do: pull meat
Breakfast: soaked breakfast cake
Lunch: nibble tray
Snack: leftover nibble tray
Dinner: fry bread tacos, steamed cauliflower & brussel sprouts
Sunday
to do: soak rice
Breakfast: leftover pancakes and eggs
Lunch: grilled sourdough sandwiches, sauteed carrots & fruit
Snack: (no snack- we usually have a late lunch on Sundays...)
Dinner: leftover soup, fresh baked bread
