My all time favorite smoothie.
8-12 ice cubes (I make it with 12 if I expect to be sharing.)
1/4 c milk, or milk substitute (to start with)
1 heaping spoonful of natural peanut butter (2 if using additional fruit, like a fig)
1/3 c yogurt (or more. I don't usually measure this, I just add yogurt until it looks like enough)
Mix in blender until the ice is crushed.
add:
5 frozen strawberries
more milk, if needed
1 T hemp seeds (or chia seeds)
1 fresh fig
mix again until well blended. YUM
*can be sweetened with a tiny pinch of stevia or honey.
