Weekly Menu: July 4- July 10

There are weeks when I just don't feel like I can schedule meals- usually everything falls to pieces on those weeks. Surprisingly, last week went really well! However, I think I may be pushing my luck if I don't get this weeks menu up, so here it goes!

Thursday- Happy 4th of July!
to do:
Breakfast: Cinnamon rolls, eggs
Lunch: leftovers/ sandwiches and smoothies
Dinner: bbq-ed pork ribs, hot dogs, sauerkraut, baked beans
Treat: homemade ice cream, cookie salad

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: leftover cinnamon rolls, eggs
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: Sourdough ham and pineapple pizza, steamed green beans

Saturday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: cheese and ham egg scramble, pancakes (from the freezer)
Lunch: leftover pizza
Dinner: Creamed sausage and egg, sourdough biscuits

Sunday
to do: soak potatoes in a.m.
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Nourishing Potato and cheese Soup, leftover sourdough biscuits

Monday
to do:
Breakfast: sourdough banana bread
Lunch: leftover soup
Dinner: Ham roast, baked beans, potato salad

Tuesday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: kefir strawberry smoothies
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit salad, pickles
Dinner: Breakfast! (sourdough pancakes, eggs, sausage)

Wednesday
to do:
Breakfast: Porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: leftover roast, beans, etc.
