Weekly Menu: March 25 - March 31

Monday
to do: pull salmon
Breakfast: Sourdough cinnamon muffins (with a twist)
Lunch: Enchilada bake, fruit
Dinner: Indian Lentil Vegetable Stew, sourdough bread

Tuesday
to do: pull brats
Breakfast: cheesy omelettes, sourdough toast
Lunch: leftover enchilada bake/ leftovers from the fridge
Dinner: Salmon with dill sauce, coconut rice, steamed green beans

Wednesday- (dinner will be made and served by our Cub Scout)
to do: soak potatoes in the a.m., pull sausage 
Breakfast: oat cakes topped with honey or jam and creme fraiche
Lunch: sandwiches, fruit
Dinner: Brats, Irish chips (with curry sauce?), sauerkraut
Treat: Panera Bread cookies

Thursday
to do:
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover brat and egg bake, fruit
Dinner: Sausage and sauerkraut soup, sourdough bread

Friday
to do: pull bacon
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes, fried eggs
Lunch: leftover soup, fruit
Dinner: Lentil and Rice casserole burritos (using sourdough tortillas), veggies

Saturday
to do: pull roast
Breakfast: sourdough french toast casserole
Lunch: leftovers, fruit
Dinner: Sourdough English muffins (cheese, eggs, bacon), steamed green beans

Sunday- Easter Sunday!
to do:
Breakfast: Creamed egg on sourdough toast
Lunch: toasted english muffins, fruit
Dinner: Roast and veggies, yorkshire pudding
Treat: Kerry Apple Cake
