Dinner: Roast, gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, soaked yorkshire pudding

Lunch: Sprouts and Squash casserole
Dinner: Veggie chili, cornbread

Breakfast: oat cakes topped with creme fraiche and honey
Lunch: Chili macaroni (using einkorn wheat pasta), fruit
Dinner: Oven egg and bacon bake, sourdough flatbread
Friday
to do: soak pizza dough in a.m., pull sausage
Breakfast: sourdough pancakes, warm vanilla soother
Lunch: leftover egg bake, fruit
Dinner: Sourdough Sausage Pizza
I don't think I knew you posted your recipes, or I forgot, I don't know. I'll have to spend some time this week choosing some of your recipes to try :)
ReplyDeleteIt was awhile ago that I first started, but I just recently picked it up again. :) We try to follow a menu plan- doesn't always happen, but I work better when there's a plan. Hope you find some new recipes to try! It's always fun to find new recipes!
