Weekly menu: November 24- November 30

Saturday
to do: soak barley in a.m., soak porridge
Breakfast: leftover egg bake and sourdough waffles
Lunch: leftover pizza
Dinner: Chicken and Barley soup (using leftover duck meat and duck stock), leftover rolls

Sunday
to do: cook granola
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: Salmon hummus dip, Jacob Irish cream crackers
Dinner: Sausage Swiss stuffed french toast, veggies

Monday
to do: soak muffins
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover soup and rolls
Dinner: bean chip dip, veggies
Treat: Peanut butter cookies

Tuesday
to do: cook muffins, pull steak
Breakfast: cheesy egg toast
Lunch: mac and cheese, fruit
Dinner: menudo, lumpia and rice

Wednesday
to do: soak potatoes in cold water
Breakfast: soaked muffins, fruit
Lunch: leftover mac and cheese, veggies
Dinner: steak and roasties

Thursday
to do: soak tortillas, soak porridge
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftovers/ sandwiches
Dinner: leftover menudo, lumpia and rice

Friday
to do: bake tortillas
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftovers
Dinner: burritos (with sourdough tortillas)
