Weekly Menu: October 27- November 2

Saturday
to do: pull chicken, soak barley
Breakfast: sourdough crepes with creme fraiche and strawberry jam, warm pumpkin soother
Lunch: leftover pizza
Dinner: spaghetti squash spaghetti, sourdough bread, veggies

Sunday
to do: cook granola, pull meat
Breakfast: cheese eggs, toast
Lunch: leftover spaghetti, girlled cheese, fruit
Dinner:  sweet potato burritos, veggies

Monday
to do: soak porridge
Breakfast: yogurt and granola
Lunch: leftover burritos, fruit
Dinner: Chicken and Barley soup, fresh sourdough bread

Tuesday
to do: pull meat, soak beans, pull bacon and hot dogs
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover soup, bread
Dinner: creamed egg on toast, veggies

Wednesday- Happy Halloween!
to do: pull fish
Breakfast: Ghost pancakes (sourdough), pastured bacon
Lunch: Mummies in a blanket, turnip 'french fries'
Dinner: Buffalo veggie chili, cornbread
Treat: Coconut pumpkin pie

Thursday
to do: soak porridge, soak potatoes
Breakfast: cheese eggs, fruit
Lunch: leftover creamed egg, sandwiches
Dinner: Fish provencal, veggies

Friday
to do:
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: leftover fish, fruit
Dinner: leftover chili, cornbread
